Since 1987 Mr. Bulmer has been a Certified Financial Planner and an active member of both the International Association of Financial Planners and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners at both national and local levels. Mr. Bulmer has been listed in Whos Who in Finance and Industry since 1992, is a contributing author for 18 newspapers on Long Island, and has written extensively for the "Journal of Financial Planning". He has spoken at numerous industry forums and has been a guest lecturer at many accounting society meetings.</p> <p>He holds a Masters in Finance from Hofstra University and a BS from St. Johns University in Business Management.
